Who is Consulting Console for?+
Consulting Console is for two audiences: boutique consulting firms running client work with internal and subcontractor consultants, and independent consultants managing their own clients, projects and Xero workflows.
What is the difference between Firm Free, Organisation Pro and Teams Plus?+
Firm Free is a starter organisation workspace. Organisation Pro is for internal-team firms that need unlimited scale and direct Xero invoice sync. Organisation Teams Plus adds external consultant invites, subcontractor bill approval and Xero bill sync.
What is the difference between Consultant Free and Consultant Pro?+
Consultant Free supports invited tenant work plus one personal client and one personal project. Consultant Pro adds unlimited personal clients/projects, personal Xero sync and Pro access that follows the consultant's email across tenant memberships.
Can a solo consultant use Consulting Console without a firm account?+
Yes. Independent consultants can start with a Consultant Free workspace and upgrade to Consultant Pro when they need unlimited personal work or Xero sync.
Does Organisation Pro support subcontractors?+
Organisation Pro is for internal employees and admins. Firms that need external subcontractor consultants should use Organisation Teams Plus.
Does Consulting Console replace Xero?+
No. Consulting Console is the operating layer before accounting. It prepares cleaner time, invoice and bill data for Xero workflows.
Can firms start free?+
Yes. Firm Free supports up to 5 projects, 5 total internal people, basic timesheets, invoices and Xero CSV export.
Is there a monthly and annual option?+
Yes. Paid plans support monthly and annual billing. Annual billing shows the yearly cost and the saving compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
